P90X! I went through all the work outs and used this site for my diet as opposed to using the one they provided. Lost about 17-18 pounds and was the most cut I have been in my life. Stick with the program and it will give you results.

Low Fat or Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Throw some carrots or something in there to give yourself some more substance. Great source of proteins and a nice little treat before bed.
