What if it's a reward day? Or what if I use to eat 2 Big Macs a large fries and a large coke maybe the kids meal is a healthier choice for ME. It's not my place to judge my friends my idea of healthy May be different from theirs.

Lol I kinda get it. My hubby likes the black cherry chobani, I try and stay away because I'm lactose intolerant and yogurt is hit or miss sometimes it bothers me other times it doesn't. I'm finding it harder. I'm older now too which I'm sure doesn't help. I have 3 kids and it's gotten more difficult to lose with each child. It just may take longer this time but you can do it! It took us 9 months to gain it so we should get 9 months to lose it :)

This Are some people making excuses, im sure. But I think many are trying to educate themselves as to what's going on with their bodies. It's helps posting, and inquiring if others are going threw this, what kind of dr should I go to etc.

No excuses, just knowledge which then empowers the individual to lose the weight. If you have never dealt with such an issue it may come across as such. Good for you that you never have, but leave those whom have alone.

It's hard to find balance when you start a new diet. A lot of healthy foods have a lot of volume for less calories. So add a little healthy fat to the healthy foods. Iifym bases their exercise at 60 min of cardio per session. Are you doing cardio 6 x a week 60 min each time? If not readjust the calculator settings. Some really great advice, so I won't repeat what's already been said. If your loosing at 2000 calories awesome, if not maybe try lowing it 100 calories at a time for a week and see how it goes.
