Most say weigh yourself once a week at the same time. I however do it every other day in the morning before breakfast just cuz I can't help myself! :) Also take your measurements because you can lose inches vs pounds.

I make myself a breakfast burrito usually. Scramble one egg with water and chopped onion place on 2 small corn tortillas bake in oven for 5 min on 400. Add salsa and eat! Or I have special k red berries with a banana and oj.

I eat a bowl of total with blueberries sprinkled in or sometimes I make a fried egg using Pam just 1 egg and 1 piece of toast and turkey bacon its not too high in calories especially if you use the healthy life 35 cal bread! :)
