My "Cheat Meals"

So, as any of you viewing my diary have noticed, I will have little cheats almost every day. A latte (nonfat, sugar free), a couple of pieces of tootsie rolls, half a serving of pretzels, ect.
However, I had a goal reward of when I got to 17.5% Body fat, I was going to pig out. Like, totally splurge. My meal was all planned out:
Breakfast: Sausage, 2 eggs, tons of hashbrowns with whole milk and orange juice.
Lunch: Wendys triple baconator, large shake, large fries
Dinner: Entire BBQ Chicken and Bacon pizza. By myself. With drinks.
Desset: Massive piece of cheesecake factory cheesecake.
And then... I got to 17.5% body fat... and didn't want it anymore. Sure, I had a little bit of cheating, but I didn't feel like pigging out. I felt like maybe ONE of those items, but definitely not all of them in one day. I am entirely sure I would probably die screaming on the toilet if I ate all that. So I didn't.
I no longer am looking forward to cheat meals. Sure, little cheats, but nothing like I was originally planning. Anyone else having this "problem"?

Ooooo that sounds like food porn to me lol! Awesome that you met your goal too! I have cheats a few times a week too I will eat a light breakfast and lunch in order to eat at Wendys for dinner. I am also a big fan of taco bell's fresco tacos which are much better than the regular tacos calorie wise. It is all about balance and building it into your day I have found. You have to find room for some cheats otherwise you will break down and splurge all week long.0

True to an extent, but I try not to get it very often. I actually had McDs for the first time in like 2 months the other day, I felt like crap. Won't be doing that again. My body is definitely telling me it no longer likes fatty awful foods.0 -
It's so true that once you stop having those things you stop wanting them! And I find that if I do then afterwards I can actually feel really awful and more overweight than before I ate it! Even though that can't possibly be true if all I've had is a chocolate tiffin...like today :S

Yes! I was so excited about Fathers day, I was going to have chips, and pop, and Boston Pizza....I ended up eating less then half my meal from the restaurant, and had a small bowl of chips. Normally I would have eaten half the bag through the day then had more for breakfast the next day.....I got up the next morning and threw them out. I did drink pop though. It was yummy.0
