My friend and I are doing hip hop abs with sean T, wich is ab work and cardio, and it has been doing wonders for us. Look it up on line. And it's soooo fun to do.:tongue:

YAY! Way to go! When I quit smoking I gained like 10 lbs! And doesn't it feel good getting up in the morning not feeling the slugishness from nicotein:happy:

You could also try the fudge low fat brownies but add it to your calorie count. And keep in mind the more cals. you burn during your work out the more calories you get to consume. If I have a lot left over after my meals I let my self indulge a little. You still wind up losing weight that way too. :bigsmile:

My calorie deficit was 910 and in red and my friend who is a little heavier, is 1200 and in blue. Does this mean I'm doing some thing wrong?Or is it because we are different weights?

I hear club soda is calorie free. Have a few for me!:drinker:

The same thing has been going on with me too! Except I walk at a fast pace LOL! Running would probably kill me at this time. Gotta work up to that point. But if you figure out a way to stop it, let me know! The bottom of my feet are killing me lol!:sad:

I crave sweets! How do you get rid of that little anoyance? My while familt is like that actually. So obviously some thing to do with our life style. I think sugar is adictive...

I paid $3.49 a gallon this morning in Gridley Cali. My friend whent on a vacation to BullHead City Arizona and said it was $3.89 a gallon there. I don't know who's to blame but some one is getting rich arn't they! And it sure isn't the consumers:sad:
