Terribly! :explode:
I try to be good but chocolate and chips wander in....the key is to let yourself have them within your calorie limits. It has worked fairly well for me and I am still losing weight slowly

omg! that's my weakness..Chocolate!
I eat the dark chocolate, not a whole bar only about an once per day or less or the fiber one chewy bars oats & chocolate. That always satisfies my cravings.0 -
Chocolate is NOT my problem...it is the bag of ruffles.....OM YUM....I just deal and I do NOT buy!!!

I find that I need more carbs during this time, which is why we crave the salty, sweet, crunchy, bready things.
I've discovered that by allowing myself some extra brown rice or whole grains, and adding in some extra protein, I feel better.
Also, at the advice of my doctor, I've added extra B12 the week before and during. It's been very, very helpful.:flowerforyou:0 -
You could also try the fudge low fat brownies but add it to your calorie count. And keep in mind the more cals. you burn during your work out the more calories you get to consume. If I have a lot left over after my meals I let my self indulge a little. You still wind up losing weight that way too. :bigsmile:0

I LOVE LOVE LOVE chocolate.....but I find that if I stick with drinking my water, eating extra fresh fruit for the sugar cravins...it helps alot....you guys should try Bubble Yum gum in chocolate......just peeling off the wrapper it has a wonderful scent...and then to make it even better...its a big chunk of soft gumm that really feels satisfying when you chew it.....0
