  • In my first week of ph2 my boss took me to lunch for admin professional day. I chose Ruby Tuesday. I got the salad from the bar and ordered grilled chicken breast plain. Easy peasy.!

  • Today started my phase 1 week 2 and I lost 6 lbs but this morning was up 1.6 lbs! Yikes!! I don't like that. I am hoping tomorrow will be better.
  • I felt very hungry the first couple of days but it seemed after the third day I was not as hungry and really had to force the food in. Hang in there!! It will be worth it!!

  • I totally agree about losing weight and menopause. Until you have been there you can't understand. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this plan will be the magic bullet for the menopause fat train. I actually never had a weight problem until I hit 50. Getting old sucks! Good luck Irlene!

  • Yesterday was my first day of phase 3. Breakfast was sprouted bread toast with egg, tomato and red onion. Almonds(raw)for a snack. Lunch was the egg salad with spinach and dinner was salmon and baked sweet potato. This morning's breakfast is the same as yesterday.

  • I had the turkey bacon and celery for breakfast, egg whites for both snacks and the Southwestern beef and cabbage stew for lunch and dinner. I didn't enjoy not having friut but I am down 2 lbs in 2 days so I :happy: guess it's worth the sacrifice! And I don't care if it is water weight...weight is weight! :)
