Hi, I will be 42 in March. I have been having some hormonal shifts for the last year. I have a 4 year old son so it is strange to think I am heading in that direction. My Mom went through menapause young so it is not completely surprising. Since balancing my hormones I feel more sane right now thank goodness. Nice to know…
