We will see how I feel tomorrow. I am trying to do them in sets of 150, 3 times a day. This should get results quick!

Ok, I joined, I got on the floor, I did 150 sit ups, I messaged. Well, now I realize I will be doing sit ups several times a day to complete this challenge. It takes 21 days to form a habit, this could be a very nice habit to form. Let's Do This!!!
