I make my boyfriend cook his own dinner. :) He eats a lot of beef and pork, and I usually have seafood & a salad. I guess it's not exactly CHEAP, but there are almost always leftovers for the next day.

One pound of fat is equal to about 3500 calories-- so unless you consumed 140,000 more calories than you normally do, there's no way that you gained 4 lbs of FAT in a day. :)
