I work M-F 8 hours a day..and I practically on my feet prolly 7 hours of the 8...I work in a procedure dept, and so I don't have the sitting down and charting at a computer every hour or so....and my weight loss is set at losing 2lbs a week. May I ask by what you mean by eating more? My calorie intake is suppose to be around 1360 for the day without any exercise. Are you eating more then what your calorie intake is, or are you just making sure you are eating at least that much and no less and eating your exercise calories as well?

Maybe I have been going on about this the wrong way, as far as calories goes. My reccomended calorie intake is 1360, which about 450calories for breakfast, lunch, and dinner....and no snacks. I try to eat a 200 or less calorie breakfast, and 300 calorie lunch..and then the rest for a snack and dinner later.....(Even…
