I officially hate you! In a nice way :)

So yesterday was my first day or handstand training - I felt heavy but i held being somewhat upside down against a door. Today... my shoulders wrecked!

Do it next time you're warmed up and let me know if you can do them!

Hey there! I'm almost 33yo and have 10kilos to lose down here in Melbourne :)

I agree with the last two posters. I've always done a workout in the morning and it quite often shatters me for the rest of the day. But a high protein nourishing meal afterwards and ensuring I'm well hydrated before, during and after the workout definitely help.

Peanut butter sandwich is such an easy go to. I'm on the search for quick and easy ~200cal lunch ideas. Can be so hard with a busy schedule!

Motivation gets you far enough to make it a habit. Once its a habit you don't need the motivation, you just do it. Tell yourself you'll do 10minutes of whatever you find "easy" at the gym. You'll find once you start you'll keep at it. I notice the biggest weight loss/body shape difference lifting free weights. I can do…

I think i'm in love!! haha love getting my geek on!

Did they measure it with scales? Apparently if your dehydrated too they can make the reading a lot worse. If they did it with callipers then I wouldnt be trusting that trainer to write a program!

My HRM consistently says around 300 calories, even as the weeks progress. I'm 5'5" and 76kgs (167lbs). Hope this helps. All the best!

You look fabulous! Your bikini is so cute! A lot of what you said resonates with me. Appreciate your post heaps! Well done x

I can't find your previous post. Can you add a link?

Been single way too long and definitely over it. I also hate first dates so definitely relationship!

I always had knee problems with running, but since i started the strength training in conjunction with c25k i havent had a problem. Up to week 5 and so far so good. Usually 1-2 sessions of running would do me in. Good luck x

Great Link troystweets. Thank you for sharing!

I noticed this even when doing the c25k. My feet are always sore for at least the first 3minutes of running and i think they're going to break. They just need to warm up - something that walking alone doesnt do. Push through the foot pain. I also read somewhere running on your toes helps? I dunno. I tend to slap when I do…

I've started a couple of times and this time I'm at week 3. The last few times I couldn't continue due to knee pain. I haven't had any this time and I put it down to the strength training I've done over the last few months. I've been amazed at how much the strength training has stabilised my problematic knees.

WARNING! I love my hair colour. It's meant to be dark brown but wound up black. It suits me with fair skin and blue eyes. BUT! Its black forever now unless I strip it which will destroy it. The colours I used were only semi permanent but they have permanently stained my hair. Food for thought...

See a dietician not a nutritionist. Their quals are ++++ more than a nutritionist. Best of luck! Xx

Hats off to the 3lb weights. Great job for stepping it up when the 2lb weren't available! AND a big hats off for even being on MFP. If i told my mum (who's 60) to use MFP she wouldn't have a clue! You go girl!

I'm by no means a runner. Have you had kids? All those pelvic floor muscles that hold everything up and in would need to be activated whilst running. It may explain why for jzammetti it just 'went away'. Perhaps their muscles strengthened with time. just a thought.

I'm by no means medically qualified and definitely agree with everyone else to get checked out by the GP. My 2cents worth though.. perhaps read up on PCOS. I was diagnosed with this year ago, and it may fit in with some of your symptoms.

I see so many dairies with their first entry at lunch. What the?! Ive consumed usually almost 1000 calories by then! Couldnt live without a decent breakie, morning tea, and lunch.

Tough choice between the bread and the avocado. Avocado... YUM! Avocado + Vita Weats + Chicken Salt YUM! I'm hungry.

I agree there is ALWAYS time to exercise, you just have to find it and prioritise it. On another note though, if your primary goal is weight loss then its 80% what you put in your mouth. A students diet is by no means the most desirable. Instead of stressing yourself out about finding the time to exercise, take the first…

It may be my mind playing games on me but I swear every time i do the Tracey Anderson Mat workout arms section my arms look better. Just after one workout i reckon I see a difference.

I'm giving myself one day. Eat and drink what I want. Then back on track the next day.
