You can't lose weight without trying. It's gonna be hard, it IS hard. But it is SO rewarding when you reach your goal(s)! I never ever regret a workout or a "good" day nutrition-wise. I do not. Actually, when I log an exercise, I ALWAYS put 1 calorie burned, whether I worked out for 1 minute or 2 hours.

There really isnt a cereal that I dont like, and this post made me really hungry. But if I had to chose one for any reason, it would be Cheerios, because cheerio burps taste horrible. :(((

MFP tends to overestimate our calories burned, so I would either only put yourself in for HALF the calories burned (that MFP gives you) OR only eat back half of what you supposbly burned.

For over a year I have had had nothing to drink but water. Except the occasional iced coffee or cappucino, like while I was in the hospital after I had my son. & Sometimes I drink the milk from my cereal bowl. But other than that, nothing but water!! About 8 cups a day.

I dont accurately log my exercise. I give myself 1-5 calories burned each time I work out, because I don't like to eat back my calories that I burn. Yes, I measure my foods and I dont drink anything but water, and I log that as well.

Try Fitness Blender videos. There are so many on YouTube and there are some really good kickboxing ones. They're easy enough but a great workout and they even usually have a rough estimate of how many calories you're burning on the screen.

I used to check in almost every day since I worked in a medical facility and had access to scales and everything. But now that Im a stay at home mom I just get weighed when I have postpartum checkups, but i take measurements every Monday as part of a fitness group I am part of.

I do a lot of things that I find on YouTube. Have you done Dance Fitness with Jessica? She has some really fun dance workouts. There are also TONS of workouts from FitnessBlender! Look them up on YouTube as well. I also find P90X to be a very fun challenge. You could always try that too.

A doctor advised you to go as low as 800? 1200 is the safe minimum for weight loss, and even then thats kinda starving yourself. Sounds like you're already healthy anyways. If anything, I wouldnt go as low as 1200.
