If its below freezing - mid 30s on race day, I'd wear long sleeve running shirt, maybe full length compression gear, and gloves. Above the 30s I just wear my shirt and shorts I normally wear.

I've got 2lbs left and my BF is down to 13.5%. I've started to switch more into maintenance now and its slowing the loss down but I really had the weight fly off me...25lbs in 3 months...so I wanted to start putting the brakes on as I got to my goal. I do want to see those last two lbs gone though!

Calipers are technically more accurate but the scales are close enough for most people's purposes. Just pick one method or the other and stick with it. The important thing you are looking for is the trend.

No need to take the whole week off. You should definitely have a lighter week but by Wednesday you should be fine to run again. No need for intense workouts. If you tapered before the race, I suggest a reverse taper afterwards!

Marathon? At most I personally would run one a year. I do one or two halfs a year. I don't do many 5Ks anymore because they're so short but I love 10k, 15k, and half marathon distances. I try and do a race a month. Over the summer I'll switch to triathlons

I do a tall cappuccino from Starbucks almost every morning. 90 calories. No syrup or anything...much better than their fancy drinks I think.

If you're looking for people's opinions on detoxes, then the only opinion on them is that they are awesome and will make you feel amazing, look amazing, lose weight and every other good thing you've heard. If you're looking for facts on them...they're a total waste of time and money.

It is all about calories. One small package of crisps might be less than an apple but I would bet you could eat far more crisps in a singe sitting than fruit. Noone gets fat eating just fruit!

I hate the dreadmill but I just ran a marathon 2 weeks ago that was probably 50% trained for on the dreadmill. Its easier than outdoors but its still running.
