So does anyone actually find maintaining more difficult than the weight loss? I feel like when I want to lose weight, its pretty simple. I eat less food. So I did a metabolic efficiency test yesterday and was introduced to the world of MET. Currently, I basically burn all carb at the level of intensity that I race at and train at. Since we're all here for MFP (Hey, that's only one letter off of MLP ;) ) we should come up with meals based around what's in the show. We've actually seen quite a bit of what they eat. Not really wanting a hay sandwich but they seem to eat normal food too. Or we could even make some things up. Gotta be healthy…

Season 3
What do you all think so far? I loved the 2 parter to kick it all off and I thought today's episode was pretty good. Might have been my favorite Pinkie Pie episode really!
