Yeah - energy and muscles (along with the occasional beer and chocolate) I like beer but now I only waste the calories on a damn good beer enjoyed slowly.

not me- I don't always log in every day but I am working at my fitness goals every day. I have had personal crisis that caused me not to prioritize logging in and came back with most of my friends gone. I have friends to stay accountable and I cheer them on as well. But It's not a competition for me.
