Uh just powerlifting is based on strength, pretty much trying to lift 3x+ your bodyweight. Bodybuilding is sculpting a physique. Something like that anyway lol.

As long as you get enough protein/fat/fiber and your calories not too low you should be fine, carbs are an unnecessary extra, the one thing you can lower because they aren't needed.

Was in an old farmhouse by myself, only went in to use the loo.. all the windows/doors were closed and no one was in the house, and the doors started slamming. Never went in there again haha.

Sounds good, remember you're only 135lbs, so losing weight will be more difficult as you don't really have much to lose, just toning? When you get down to a low percentage of B/F it's always more difficult to get even lower..

Yeah I'd just say make sure you're logging everything accurately, and a -400-500 calorie deficit should be fine, just weigh yourself each week and if you aren't losing weight maybe lower your calories a little more.. by no means do I means starve yourself.. also 3-5 hours isn't a great deal of cardio.

All depends on your goals, if you're losing weight just by keeping your calories low and doing weight training then stick with that... If you find your calories are too high, do some cardio?
