I eat around 5, 8am-7pm usually I fit some fruit and 2 protein shakes in aswell, everything has to be prepared :) especially if you're working.

around 2600, 200g protein, 200g, carbs+, 70g of fats. 5'9, 174lb, I'm trying to get body fat down it's slowly coming down. I do intense running most of the time it's 8 1/2 - 9mins mins per 1.5miles.

A pint is like 400 calories, and 25grams of fat, I did read it's not the alcohol that puts on the fat it's what you eat while you're drinking as your body stores it as fat, hence why I avoid alcohol, drink on special occasions only.

I want that in between super lean with a decent mass.. I want to still stay fit know, I don't wanna be soo bulky I can't run plus being 5'9 I don't think it would look right.

For protein I use discount supplements, you can 4 x 75 servings for £80, £71 if you use a 12% vouchers, best value I've found, and I've tryed lot's of others Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey, Dymatize etc they're all expensive I honestly haven't noticed a difference between expensive and cheap protein besides they mix…

There is nothing better than protein, 5g of creatine a day, I take fish oils 4 a day for the healthy fats, and creatine doesn't kick in for a few weeks after using it, hence why they say to do a loading phase at first so you can take it at anytime really. There's nothing better than protein....

I do like 75% water, 25% milk, water by itself doesn't taste so good.
