I have a Fitbit surge. I take it off at night, as I have the Fitbit rash problem. I am amused when it tells me that I was restless and woke up x number of times since it is sitting on my bedside table all night.

I also had this problem. I take medications that cause constipation. One bowel movement a week, if I was lucky. Then I started having a high fiber cereal in the morning for breakfast. I use Fibre One, All-bran flakes, Bran Buds and All-bran Original. I usually have between 10 and 14 cups of water a day. Problem is solved.

I hit the complete the next morning, when I am eating breakfast. Sometimes I have some herbal tea or water and do not record it until the next day.

Be aware that the FitBit can cause rashes/burned like skin. I have one and I have the burned like skin. I have to take it off when I go to bed, clean it and my wrist really well. Don't compare your daily weight. Be more focused on the weekly weight. That is more likely to show if you are losing or not.

I went the other way. I went to a tasting, so I put .1 of a serving, as I had a small bite of the foods. Next time I entered the food, I forgot to change it back to one serving. I could not believe the amount of calories I had left at the end of the day. It took me 3 days before I figured out what was going on.

You do not have to go out to work out. I am trying to walk 10,000 steps per day. In the evening, I watch TV and march in place. I have taken up adult colouring books, so that keeps my hands busy. My ring is loose. I just bought it in December and it was slightly snug. I had to work it off. I just noticed it is loose on my finger.

Most people are too busy with their own exercising to look at you. When I am in the gym, I am thinking about my next machine, doing the current machine correctly, how long I have been working, what my heart rate is, etc. Even in a full room, I barely notice anyone, unless they are on my next machine.

I have not broken it down, but in the month of August, I walked 99.64 miles, 178,603 steps and burned 86,035 calories. I lost 7.6 pounds. Goal for September: 100 miles, lose 6 pounds, be more consistent in my daily steps.

My personality type is that a cheat meal just sets me up for a binge. It then takes several days to get back on track. In the meantime I have gained weight. It is best for me to not have cheat meals. I exercise more that day. Today I overrate my calories. I am going to get up in a minute, and start marching in place. I may not exercise all my calories, but I will get some. I will also exercise more tomorrow.

I have finally reached 10,000 steps a day, by topping up my steps by marching in place while watching TV. I have bad knees, so I cannot run or jog. In the winter, I do not go out much if it is raining. I go to the gym, I go to hot yoga and I march indoors.

I have 3 chocolate bars in my freezer. I bought them on impulse and froze them when I got home. They have been there for about 3 weeks, partly because I forgot about them. They were supposed to go to the food bank 2 weeks ago, but, as I said, I forgot about them.

For exercise, if you want to read, read. While reading, march in place. I watch TV in the evening. While I do, I march in place. I just topped up my steps to get to 10,000. It took about 40 minutes. The excercise will help you retain muscle and lose fat.

He is sabotaging you. He may be jealous that you want to lose weight. He may fear that if you lose weight, you will find another guy and leave him. Tell him this is the way it is going to be. Grow up and get used to it.
