Thanks everyone! I ate a normal amount today. I want to be 120 pounds and am 131... at least that's how much I was before I binged. I want to lose one pound a week.

No, but I don't eat much that need to be weighed. Today I had one serving of hershey kisses, two servings of triskets, and a salad with some diced ham and low fat ranch dressing. Sounds like binge eating disorder. Look into Overeaters Anonymous. I have the same issue :)

I would eat about 10 peanut butter cups at work, a few little Debbie snack cakes, eat a family size bag of chips on my way home from work, and eat half a loaf of bread with butter when I got home. I have/had binge eating disorder, Can ya tell? :-p

I can also relate to #17. I am very, very possessive of certain foods, especially cake. I always want the part with the most frosting. I never even thought of stopping to think, is this the last one I'll ever see?

Well I used to drink 6 cans of diet coke a day. Now my limit is 2, and I can't have any at all until I drink at least 4 8-oz servings of water. I'm kind of addicted to it :-/ and it does make my skin look bad On weekends I replace the soda with green tea, is that also dehydrating?

Thanks for your responses! I'm surprised so many people don't drink much (if anything) before running. I have tried that before but I got so thirsty and dizzy. Maybe I need to drink more water overall...
