Protein ruining weight loss?
I have heard that eating too much protein can stall weight loss, even if you eat an appropriate amount of calories. My calorie limit is 1200 a day. If I eat 120g of protein and 1200 calories, would that mess up my weight loss?

Is my TDEE wrong?
The calculator on IIFYM says my BMR is 1350 calories and my TDEE is 1610 calories. That seems awfully low. My height is 5'6 and my weight is 130. I do have a desk job and don't exercise though. Does it seem accurate?

The day after you mess up...
What do you usually do the day after you mess up? I ate 3,000 calories yesterday (whoops!). I was having trouble deciding between eating 200 today to make up for it, or eating my usual 1200 calories.

Crystal Light or Diet Cola healthier?
