Chicken Breast Nutrition Info

Hi everyone,
I buy Kirkwood (an Aldi brand) boneless skinless chicken breasts. They are in the fresh meat section.
I cannot for the life of me figure out how many calories one ounce of this brand of chicken has. I read that chicken breast nutrition facts vary depending on the brand. I've heard anywhere from 25 calories an ounce to 50 calories an ounce. This is a big difference when I eat 8 ounces in a day.
Can anyone help?
Here is what I get:

But each breast has a different weight, otherwise that would work :-/ Thank you for trying!0

If 227g is equal to (roughly) 230 calories, you are looking at (about) 1 calorie per gram. If you use a food scale (highly recommend) this would make your life much easier!0

I buy aldi too (aus though) which says 106 cals per 100grams so i just use that as my guide!0
