just mix them in blender. frozen bananas go well with everything. need some sweetness - honey or stevia. or some whey if you lift.

Assuming you go heavy enough, and going close to failure on last sets (barbell back squats atg or at least paralel + lunges with weights), i can only add stiff-legged deadlifts, which you dont need to go heavy for. 3 king exercises

You've been dieting for 10 years, and don't know, that our body does NOT need processed sugars? All the sugar you need you can get naturally, by eating fruits etc. But, up to ~30g of added sugar per day is ok, BUT not essential for bell being nor energy, etc.
-
Honey and stevia = all you need. Stevia has no health dangers like it was said, no calories/carbs/bitter taste=is just amazing. Natural honey has natural sugar, so to be consumed in moderation, but is also benefitial for health.

Well, it was the case with me, so i ve done some research, and it all pointed out to the fact of parasites eating sugar and making you want to eat more of it so that they can reproduce and multiply. They seem to hate pumpkin seeds, natural juices, spices. AND you must limit your sugars to the minimum while cleansing of…

Same problem, when i started to watch my sodium intake, finding ways to make dishes taste great was becoming more difficult... But now, i like how the steamed broccoli taste without salt, other veggies like carrots / sweet potatoes are already high in sodium and taste fine steamed as well. But when i stir fry…

Holy... So, you USED to be an alcoholic? At what age?

Also, most likely you are infested with parasites, which love sugar. Sometimes craving are coming from them. Try to go on a cleanse for a week or so, and see how you feel after. If your skin is breaking out, it is a good indication. If you have no time/desire for a proper cleanse, try eating as much pumpkin seeds as you…

Same problem, i used to eat like 200-400g of sugar or even more on some days... What i did : restriced added sugar intake to 35g a day, and don't worry about natural sugars, which i still have quite a lot (coming from honey, fruits, etc) Also get some stevia (don't buy other sweeteners, most of them are crap) to put in…

On a topic though, i've looked at your dairy, if 2 poptars were the only source of added sugar for you, you would be fine. But you know you went over the limit with those cookies... (only looked at the most recent day)

I've heard so many stories about pop-tarts, i'm dying to taste them!!! Here in New Zealand we don't have them :(

Coffein make your heart rate faster, which is ALREADY an increased metabolism. But, regarding it being healthy, it is a contrivercial product, as many studies shown both positive and negative effects. As it plays with your heartrate, it obviously not recommended for people with heart problems, increased blood pressure,…
