  • Do you have celiac disease or a sensitivity to it? I read that gluten takes a long time to get out of your body and the affects on your stomach will still stick around for a bit just get better
  • I haven't even been counting calories because I've been living at my parents place since I started the diet and she's been cooking.. so it's hard to be like "HOW MANY TABLESPOONS OF OIL DID YOU USE?" hahah. so yeah I just thought that was a lot of weight. And I have IBS-C so maybe I have been cleaned out some lol.
  • Ahh okay. Thank you
  • I noticed that if I did sedentary tdee-20% plus eating back my calories that would equal lightly active tdee without eating back calories, assuming I'd burn 500 each time. But my thing is that some days I burn 450 and others 700. It just depends so I like to track it with my HRM. So maybe I will do lightly active tdee…
  • I was diagnosed a few months ago. I started eating better and working out on January 1st and was at 149...now I'm 139! It took a long time to lose those 10 pounds but at least it happened.
  • I do log but I don't trust the accuracy of any of it because I get like 5 different numbers! I think I'm going to get a heart monitor to get a better idea. I'm going to add you as a friend you can look at what I'm eating!
  • I have the same problem. Hope someone will answer! I was fine with eating 1200 calories a day and now that I'm working out I'll eat about an extra 100 calories because I dont really know how many calories I'm burning but still I could probably eat a whole entire extra meal to feel satisfied lol
  • Special K multigrain crackers...be careful though they are dangerously good and only 120 calories for 24 of them. I had to stop buying them because they were addicting lol
