I feel the same way!! I feel that after a few mile run on the treadmill I've gotten an excellent workout. (dripping sweat) With the elliptical and the Arc machine I don't feel the "Burn" as much but the calories burned are about the same. Week 8 here.. HOLY MOLY! LOL! I think I may have to go back a week or so though. I haven't been able to run do to sickness and feel like I'm really screwing my Couch to 5K plan up. UGH!

I'm starting out on "Induction" again. I keep my carbs around 20 and calories 1,200. Maybe thats why the weight is coming off so slow?
