Start 3/18: 186 However, last time I had recorded my weight on MFP I had been 195, so somehow I lost 9 lbs. in the time span between actively trying to lose weight before and now. Weird, but I do feel more motivated.

I only live about 2.5 miles from where I work, so from spring-fall I try to walk or bike to and/or from there when possible. Recently, I've also been trying to get my dog out on walks a lot more often as well. He's fairly big and needs to get the energy out of him somehow, and walks work well for both of us. If I'm busy or…

1. How long have you been on your weight loss/fitness journey? I've been off an on for the past two years, but I'm currently just finishing up week one of trying to get back on track again. 2. What are your wl/fitness goals? My current goal is to get back down to 140lbs... so, that means losing around 50lbs or so. Ideally,…

I'm sorry that you were in a similar circumstance. It's always sad to hear, but I'm glad you're doing well now! I absolutely agree. Rough times are, well, rough... but eventually things get better and work out in the end. PharmD, Doctorate of Pharmacy? That sound like it'd be difficult, though great in the long run. I hope…

I'll have a Bachelor's of General Studies and minors in Anthropology, Religious Studies, and Psychology. I live with my fiancee, 2 cats…

Goal 1: No Starbucks coffee at work, only the Propel Zero (though I wish they had the lemon one in the machine rather than the kiwi/strawberry) Goal 2: Snack on Lemon Propel at home, vs soda July 14: 6 miles biking

Honestly, it's been 50/50. I've been doing better at biking/walking more than my usual set per week (to work and back, normally). However, I've been bombing at not drinking soda, for the most part. I just keep forgetting! Though I did Sobe water at Taco Bell yesterday, rather than coke, and it did help me stay on my goal…

July 2: 6 miles biking July 3: 6 miles biking, 2 miles walking July 4: 3.75 miles walking Woo! So, I decided to try on a pair of my old pants... the ones that haven't fit for about a year. And by haven't fit, I mean I could only get one leg in before it got too small. Today, however, I was able to get them on completely,…

Only way to get to work was to backtrack and go around, adding on about an extra mile to my usual routine. After the 2 hours of bowling…

Summer Goals -Start watching my weight and to try to lose 20lbs by the time school starts in the fall. Counting for 8 hours? Ouch... that sounds a bit tedious. At least it's 8 hours less of fake flower counting to do later, though, lol. I spent most of today heading to and from work, and making/putting up flyers around campus for a friend of mine who's cat was diagnosed with chronic renal failure two weeks ago. She's…

2 miles biking 2 miles walking German Fest killed my calorie goal today... well, no, I killed my calorie goal by going to the German Fest. The roasted almonds and dark ale were irresistible though! Hoping to keep on track tomorrow, though. Shouldn't be too hard, since I spent all my random spending money at the Fest today,…

Biking: 6 miles Walking: 2 miles A bit worn out though today... so other than biking to the German Fest tomorrow, I think tomorrow I'm going to take it easy and let my legs have a day to rest. =) Great job everyone, by the way!

Cheesecake in the fridge, was it there for your dessert? Oops, not anymore...

Today: 10.5 miles -walking - 3 and 1/2 hrs Total: 20.1 miles this week My biggest challenge this week was trying not to over eat or over snack while on the road or out to eat with family. We went on vacation this week down to Ohio to visit my fiancee's sister who had come into town from Louisianan. I found it pretty hard,…

Hey guys! Sorry, I didn't post the past few days... I was on vacation in Ohio and wasn't able to get around to it, as my phone won't let me go to the groups section for some reason. Today, though: 6.6 miles - 2 and 1/2 hours - walk!
