if you havent already tried this try eating protien mixed with comple carbs not simple carbs so like your whole grains and also try doing 1 g protien to 1 and a half g complex carbmixing the two will give you great nutrition plus sustain you longer your best protien comes from plant and the worst is red meat greek yogurt…

i have heard that too much sodium makes you retain water and not good for the kidneys but i am also wondering the same as the op i try very hard to stay under on my sodium i check every label at the grocery store for the sodium intake mainly because sodium was my problem i love salty foods no med conditions just love salt…

thats what i do i eat some back if i feel i need them but im just not always hungry like i used to bei am on a rest day today and i thinkk i netted 1240 but if i worked out i would probably eat some but not all back my wellness coach toldme this yesterday so im just tryin to see what others think :)
