I do 3 leg machines and 3 arm machines. I will do usually 30 at a time to start and last 10 is killing me to finish. I'll rest a sec and do 20 more. Sometimes it's 25 x 2. Or 20, 20, 10. Today I had 110 gr protein. I measure most everything. When I do machines I try to do at least 50 reps total. Is 30 mins to much for cardio or not enough? With weight lifting will it just be a slower pace to lose weight? And is it true that you will weigh more the next morning after lifting? Thanks!

No the entire work out. 300 from cardio and 100 from weights. I'm totally guessing though. I havnt a clue :(

yes she said vanilla cake mix with diet orange makes like a dreamcicle type but iv yet to try it :) I know the texture is different though.

Both are very pretty dresses. Im going with number one because it shows off your gorgeous figure. Number 2 is a pretty dress, but on looks a little frumpy. Doesnt show off your body like the first one does, but more the opposite. Hides you. Girl you have nothing to hide, show it off!!!!

I log mine for 25 mins under circuit training. She is tough but dont stop. Just keep pushing thru :) You def get results with her. It took me a few days to get the workout down with out stopping or breaking for a sip. So you are not the only one hahaha I just started level 3 and shes kicking my butt too!!! :)

Measure it dry. 2 oz dry pasta generally equalls 1 cup cook. Alot of food is measured precooked. I always measured my baked potato after cooking when the bag said before cooked. So becareful because I was way over eating there :)

I always eat an extra 150 - 200 cals. I read an article one time that encouraged women to do that during TOM. I just stopped and for the first 3 days I have a candy bar everyday.... hahah not sure if it was a smart move but it killed my cravings. Hershey, Heath, and Hershey with almonds. :)

Shes right! I made 2 and both with no meat, just veggies and they were both 350 cals for 2 pizzas!!!! Very good too!!!

Awwww hahah sorta cute actually. If it were me id just measure out 1 1/2 cups pa-sketty and if its meat and noodles and sauce id say 400-500 cals. Not exact but gives ya good idea of where to be. I could be totally off but id just add quick cals and call it a night. Good luck!

I agree. Maybe just a short break of a week will do you some good. Then, you will feel like getting back into the swing of things the following week. Big congrats on 121!!! You look great now! I personally keep my NET above 1200. It works for me so I stick with that plan for me. If I go below it I start to slowly gain. I never knew about a NET of 1200 till I joined here and I started losing once I followed what some others had told me. I eat enough exercise cals just to keep me a little above so im not eating…
