Cereal, sandwiches, and pasta for me. I do cheat once a week though so I get my fixes often. Sometimes I would just love to throw a half cup of rice under my sautéed chicken breasts.

From previous experience I got much stronger and had much more endurance after a few months on a Keto diet. Just allow your body some time to adapt. I'm just getting back on the Keto wagon and back in the gym, my strength has decreased significantly as well as my cardio endurance but I'm still burning a lot of calories.

Trivia is the first line of defense during my monthly cravings and if I'm out I then use Splenda. Trust me, there worse crap on the market and since this is the only thing I eat that isn't a whole food....I DON'T CARE! It keeps me sane.

I would definitely make Halloween a cheat day if it is your wedding day!!! Make sure you have some of those pumpkin spice M&Ms in your bridal suite while getting ready!!!

I'm currently a 12/14( the largest I have been) and I would be comfortable at a size 6 but super happy at a size 4. I have been a size 4 before and it felt amazing but I was still super confident in a 6 as well.

I do use a heart rate monitor for calculating calories burned so I'm certain that is more accurate than the MfP calculation. So far I have eaten all of my allotted calories but I just wanted to know what others did.

I've calculated my TdEE at sedentary and my ratio is set for a deficit of 25% which is just above BMR. I'm thinking that I may eat back half of my burned calories depending on how hungry I am after the workout. So far I have been satisfied with the diet, I've lost 5lbs in the first week of Keto.

What was your other sweet treat recipe? I don't have an ice cream maker but I would love some other recipes, I thought you had mentioned something else in a previous post which I can no longer find.

Everyone is so helpful and supportive in this group!!! I love it! Thank you all, I plan to watch Fat Head tonight and order some cookbooks. I've lost 5lbs since Tuesday! I now most of that is water weight but hey, I'm still happy about that.

At the end of the day I have been coming in around 70/25/5. I woke up this morning with the metallic taste in my mouth, I will have to go get some Keto strip to see if I'm throwing any ketones yet. I've only been on a Keto diet for 3 days, so I may have to wait a bit longer.

Yes I get my fats from coconut oil and almond or walnuts, sometimes all natty PB.

I can't stomach eggs so I feel quite limited when it comes to breakfast. I make sure my meals are clean though, no processed foods. I feel like lunch meats are pumped full of sodium and nitrates and I'm not a fan. I am going to try and get a bit more creative this time so that I don't get bored or feel the urge to cheat.

I used Keto a few year ago I addition to working out and went from 199.6lbs down to 129lbs. I pretty much ate chicken and broccoli for every meal just because I didn't really feel the need to get creative. I'm starting Keto again tomorrow in attempt to lose some post pregnancy weight. I hope I have similar results.
