Do you eat back calories burned?
When I calculated my TDEE I used the sedentary setting so that I could accurately calculate calories burned by exercise. I have a heart rate monitor to give a more accurate reading. But I'm wondering if I should be eating those calories back or not? My husband doesn't think I should and me, well I don't really care either…
