This is another Valid point, I dont really log my food, becuase I dont log when i cheat, so it makes it pointless, That might be a good rule, to log EVERYTHING, it would stop me cheating maybe... From tomorrow, I will logg, will try make it public now.

He might of come across harsh but its true. You are working out way to hard for what your eating. Depending on levels etc, you could burn 1200 cals - and if your eating 1200 cals - its like you havent eaten. Its all relevant. but you NEED to eat more. Excercise less.

just a couple of things. 1000 calories is wayy to low, Try getting 1300 - 1600 every day. What foods are involved in your Cal intake? Bads foods make it redundant. For me personally I do not think this is realistic in the slightest. This would mean you would have to burn 3500 cals a day. Set a real goal, Maybe 7pounds.

I would like to weigh myself once a week on a saturday morning after the toilet and shower ^^ - But I cant help it doing it every morning. Just to have a look, THis kind of de motivates me as i dont see a huge difference.
