I would love to join. I will begin today with the 30 day shred. I will list my measurements this evening. I need this challenge since vacation is coming up for me. Yep me too. I tell myself that it is only an hour. I can at least walk for an hour. It is a juggle...especially the cooking. I try to cook on Sunday, make salad, eat tuna, bake fish, steamed veggies. Basically something I can cook while I have my books open. I am up late so I haven't figured that one out...yet. I work full…

I am in....my goal for this year was to lose 35lbs. I have lost 13 lbs so far but I haven't really done my part either. My ultimate goal is 39 lbs by Christmas for a total of over 50 lbs for the year. CW 214lbs Goal weight is 175 lbs by Christmas or 12/18/11

My start weight was 221 lbs. Current weight is 216.5 lbs. I am down 4.5 pounds with 2 weeks to go. I would love to lose 10 lbs but what ever I lose I will be happy. I have almost reached my personal goal 215 lbs. and my second goal is 210 lbs. I have 4 lbs to reach the 10 lbs goal and 5 lbs to reach my second personal goal.

Funny you should ask since I was thinking about this today. My goals for May are workout at least 5 days a week, drink more water 100oz a day, no late night eating, lose 10lbs in May not to beat myself up if I don't meet all my goals. :happy:

Well, from my understanding you may purchase it from amazon.com. I not familiar with the UK but you may look in a department store or somewhere they sell workout video's. I have brought a couple pair of shoes from Phidippides at the Ansley Mall location. I love them, no complaints. The sales person told me to hang on to my receipt and run on the treadmill for a week to see how I liked them. If I didn't bring them back. Great people!!!! Eve
