anyone out there on The Daniel Plan? Just started investigating it and wondered if anyone on it has some comments about it to share?

    I'm heard of the "Daniel Fast" is that what your talking about? If so just google it there is alot of info on it

    I just googled the Daniel plan and you're right - it does look like a good one.

    My only hesitation with it is the religious aspect. I would feel like a bit of a hypocrite doing it. But it certainly looks like a well thought out, well rounded plan!
