Jillian Michaels fan... How do you enter the 30 Day Shred in

Pretty self explanatory. Just wondering, for those of you who do the 30 Day Shred, how you enter this exercise in your tracker? Do you enter it under strength training or cardio and how many cals burned do you put, etc? Thanks ahead of time :)

    I usually use circuit training general. That is what i was told to use when i asked. :smile:

    I wear a heart rate monitor. I made it it's own category in the cardio section and just plug in the time and calories burned from my heart rate monitor.

    If no HRM, I'd do what was suggested as above with the circuit training option.

    When I first started I used circuit training, but after I got a HRM and realized I was burning more calories then the circuit training was logging me at. I now manually log my own using the hrm reading.
