I usually walk about 4 miles a day I add jogging in on it as well..so I walk, jog, then walk..ect.. I do weights not to heavy some 3lb some 5....Can you over exercise... and do u have to eat all the calories? Or can u just eat calories and do some working out just don't know anymore,

Yeah I know my metabolism is a mess!!! trying to eat foods to help boost...so easy to gain and so had to lose..Also when r u suppose to drink this apple cider vinegar drink? Or just any time and how many a day?

Ok I'm still a little upset just seems like I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel but I will not give up I can't..I did my TDEE and I totally wasn't eating enough according to that. Ok I know ya'll are all busy but I weighted again today and yes gained another pound....So depressed someone please give me suggestions I understand what works for one might not work for another but getting so upset...Also if I did it right I opened up my food diary...
