• It makes you a horribly selfish person apparently. You should have lots and lots of children and give them a crappy childhood and future just so you won't be a selfish person. Obviously that's the right answer.
• wow, I must be incredibly selfish. Let me go call the various charities and single mom best friend that I regularly give money to and tell them I have to stop (sorry if you don't have any groceries to feed your kids) and have a baby (that I don't have time for or want at the moment) and join a religion that is basically a…
• I was wondering about that too. If you did this a healthy way then GOOD JOB!! But if you did it through binging and purging, please stop. You deserve to be treated better than that (even if it's by you).
• This. I clip the key ring to the carabiner clip and attach to the inside of my sports bra. Have to stick it in my bra further after awhile but usually worry free.
• Mine is hanging up in my closet in the bag it came home from the store in. I have a special place in my closet for my wedding dress and my prom dress (prom was over 12 years ago!). If I could put it on by myself, I would wear it around my house just for no reason but it's a corset back so I can't. (I can put my prom dress…
•
Is it HCG for weight loss or for fertility? HCG is an approved treatment for infertility in women. If it's for weight loss, I'd find another doctor.
I belive it is for weight loss. I know that with the prescriptions that I fill at work, the dosages are for weight loss. I just hate that doctors actually…
• 1, How long did you plan? engaged for 8 years but never started planning anything. Actually "planned" for about 3 weeks 2. How much did you spend? (sorry if that's personal) Was this more/less than you planned? less than $1000. More than I planned on. It was originally gonna be "go somewhere nice in the woods with like 2…
• In my opinion, topamax is great for weightloss but the side effects totally outweigh the benefits and I would not use it just for that. I took it for about 5 years for chronic migraines and while I did lose weight, it wasn't in a good way. I would forget to eat pretty much all day and end up just eating 1/2 of a 6" sub…
• I got mine from Alfred Angelo (kinda like David's Bridal). It was about $600. I had no intention of buying a dress. We were supposed to have a tiny casual wedding and I *was* planning on wearing "fancy pants" (nice jeans). My friends made me go shopping and after trying on a few and getting really annoyed with shopping (I…
• ^^this I'm a pharmacy tech and only sit for my lunch time (about 25 minutes) in a 9 hour day. According to my fitbit, I walk over 5 miles a day but I don't count that as exercise or burned calories. I was doing the same thing when I gained a bunch of weight so obviously my body is used to that amount of exercise. I only…
• This ^^ It is awkward to get on your knees and elbows but the lady that does mine is super nice and amazingly, I didn't feel incredibly uncomfortable (and I'm very shy). I use something called "no scream cream" and it kinda numbs everything. Even without the cream though, to me, it's not very painful at all (I think I have…
• I drink 3 protein shakes a day on non workout days and usually 4 on workout days (I'm slightly hypoglycemic so I eat/drink every few hours). I'm a vegetarian so I don't get alot other places and with those I get 100+ grams of protein each day. Each one is 120 calories (made with 10 oz of water). I was jogging about 3-5…
• me too. The only issue I've had is it counting flights of stairs when there were none.
• I turned 30 last week (holy crap when did I get to be an adult?!) and my husband took my to Yellowstone National Park. It was awesome!! We saw tons of animals and had tons of time together in the car with the radio off just talking and being together. No parties or presents but it was definetly the best birthday so far.…
• I think you mean BMR (basal metabolic rate-- calories you burn just by existing) not BMI (body mass index--based on weight and height). But the fitbit counts the calories you're burning even when you're just sleeping. When I use mine when I'm sleeping, it still says I burned like 400ish calories just by being alive. If you…
• I think both for the activities you listed. I only have a fitbit (which I love) and for walking it's great but for lifting weights, it would be useless.
• 1) What are your stats/fitness goals? Lose fat, build muscle, better cardio ability 2) How long have you had it? About 2 months-ish 3) What do you like/dislike about it? How has it helped? I like that it tells me pretty exactly how active I've been that day. I work on my feet all day long and it's cool to see how much more…
• Mushroom Ravioli.... yummm!
• You can microwave them but be careful about microwaving the chik'n patties. If you cook them too long they get really hard on the outside edges and it's like eating a shoe (I would imagine  ). I also think they're slighty more greasy if you put them in the microwave instead of the oven but nothing setting it on a…
• bump-- I'm a vegetarian that needs serious help in the kitchen!
• that's what I'm going for
• Thanks! It's nice to know that if I look crazy, at least it's for a good reason.
• I use a vegan protein shake. It's Vegalite by Thorne and the chocolate flavor is super yummy. It's made from pea protein so it fits all your criteria. I get it from my work though, so I'm not sure what other store you could get it from. 23gms of protein for 120 calories.
• Amazing!! I aspire to be like you when I have kids
• I'm in! I'll put my new fitbit to good use
• Glad you posted this. I recently got a fitbit and feel like I am eating wayyy to much just to try to meet my net goal. I'm interested to see what everyone responds.
• I love my asics rush 33. Super comfortable and lightweight.
• sounds yummy!
• bump-- anybody out there that can help???
