I'm currently on week two of Phase 1 and this is the second time I've done Phase 1 this summer. I went back to it because of the success I had the first time around and it is a great jump start. I am on week one of Phase 2 of the SBD and so far have really enjoyed it. You have to be wiling to cook and plan ahead but it is a very do-able diet. The first two weeks are very strict but they do a good job in that I no longer have food cravings like I use to have. So far I have lost about nine pounds on the diet which…

I am on day 9 of Phase 1 and although the beginning was difficult it has paid off so far. I found that planning ahead was my best ally and reading all the material on SB that I could find so that in the event I could not plan ahead I knew what was and was not permissible. Some of mine have been fitness based rewards rather than weight loss specific. After the first 3 5k's of the year I got a Keurig (sp?) and then after 6 5k's I am buying new running shoes. I haven't decided yet what I will do for the 9 and 12 marks but I like the idea of a spa day or a trip

My goal for 2013 is to do one 5k each month and I am tinkering with the idea of doing a half in October for my 30th birthday! I can always use some extra support and offer some in return :) I am by no means a fast runner but I get there all the same. Feel free to add me
