South Beach Dieters Phase One

Hi today is day one of phase 1 and I already discouraged. Anyone else doing it too? Or anyone who has done it any tips?

I have just completed the first week of phase one and am doing okay. I have lost 6lbs so far (3 of which was from bloating due to that time of the month). The first 2-3 days are the toughest because of the sugar withdrawl. But if you can get past that, your body adapts quickly. Also, In the past I lost 10 lbs after completing phase one. I am on day 9 of Phase 1 and although the beginning was difficult it has paid off so far. I found that planning ahead was my best ally and reading all the material on SB that I could find so that in the event I could not plan ahead I knew what was and was not permissible. Now in the home stretch! Best of luck to you
BTW the ticker below is not correct just so you know. I lost 6 lbs during the first week of SB. Total loss is 12 lbs. Didn't want you to get discouraged by the low number displayed below0
