I eat five times a day... I like to cook but mostly I assemble and heat since I was sleeved. Like I mix turkey meatballs, cottage cheese and marina sauce together and bake it with some cheese on top. it is a lot of protein and very few calories. For Crunchy I have apple slices with breakfast. I have a hot sugar free coco everyday...keeps me full and it is delish.

I drink Decaf Coffee in the evenings to curb snacking.

I am a little over three months and i just want to eat as well...it is so weird. I knew I used food as a crutch but I had no idea to what degree. I just keep thinking Rome was not bulit in a day....these habbits will go away if I work on them.

I am almost three months out of surgery...thank you all for your stories... the last week I have been testing limits and struggling. I just want to eat! So I am glad I am not alone. :smile:

I had surgery on November 19th...still learning on what I can eat. Love to start a support group
