I can't be bothered to lend my time and outrage to help a terrible person make money. Best response is to ignore.

I put mine in the same day, but before I eat anything, according to what I feel like that day. It's better than eating then recording, for getting the macros right, and it's better than inputting the day before because I don't always feel like eating what I'd planned out.

Dinner and a movie, go grab a few large pieces of meatlover's pizza and four beers (that takes care of your TDEE), and chase it down with a large bucket of buttered popcorn and of course a large Coke while you go watch some comic book people do comic book stuff. Lunch today: Sourdough, medium-thick cut from a loaf Maple ham Deli chicken Mayo Whole grain mustard 2 slices Garlic & Herb monterey jack cheese Half of that, a few chips and 2 bottles of water kept me well within calories for the day. Will eat the other half tomorrow.
