i have done weight watchers online since January ive lost weight but i feel forced to pick certain food choices because of the points system which is why a lot of weight watchers eat zoodles spaghetti squash and things like that i get it they are trying to steer you towards healthier food choices also i feel like weight…

Ive tried cottage cheese and even greek yogurt but never chicken lol I dont think you would taste bland chicken breast but the texture would probably be way off

Getting enough protein is important to help maintain muscle during weight loss it also helps keep you full longer and can help keep your blood sugar levels stable. Id try adding a protein shake or bar

Basically this lol aldis has good produce deals sometimes I do winn Dixie for buy one get one meats . Walmart is just cheaper they also price match so you can get buy one get ones at walmart prices my sister does it all the time

Today is the start of week 5 of t25 for me this is my first beach body program and I love it. Its definitely a challenge but that's what I was looking for. Feel free to add me for motivation and support :)

You can log it as circut training but keep in mind its just a guesstimate unless you use a hrm with a chest strap. Im on week 5 but I don't eat my exercise calories back im doing the 1600 calories a day recommended in the nutrition guide good luck :)

Yea that was my only concern about the turbo fire I definitely want a strength component to my workouts I heard of some people doing both turbo fire and chalen extreme I will probably just do my own strength training with it or combine it with some other programs I have :)
