Im going to go with 700-1000 during a post surgery. Add me. I need inspiration! Thanks.0
-
A fair amount. At least 1800 most days, and I can swing more when needed.0
-
I try to stick between 1200-1500 a day and then eat back exercise calories if I'm still hungry or use them on other days (within 3 days of working out, usually) that I want more snacks. Seems to be working so far.0

1700 NET.
With Exercise - 2300-3000.
In maintenance, just about.0 -
Anywhere from 1400-1800... I'm trying to find my sweet spot where I can lose weight but not feel hungry/tired. I lost the majority of my weight eating 1200-1400, but there's no way I can do that anymore.0

About 1200 - 1300, then some exercise calories sometimes. Rarely get hungry!0

i try not to go above 13000
-
1700, never gone under 1600.0

I do the TDEE method (my TDEE is about 1700 cals.) and eat between 1800-2000 calories and I don't eat back my exercise calories. I am 44 yrs old.
ETA: I am 5'2.0 -
I move between about 800-1000 on weekdays and 2000-2500 at weekends (ugh) but I'm trying to level it out at about 1600 every day. I'm trying to get into that habit but I'm still getting the non-logical side of my head around diets not having to be starvation so today I only ate 900 and I don't feel hungry.
Edit: I'm 5'5.5'', 25 and 150ish lbs. I'm a recovering yo-yo dieter0 -
All the calories.0

First let me ask you a question: how many calories are in a family sized bag of pretzel M&Ms and 3oz of Aberlour A'Bunadh?0
-
I'm 5'7" and on the "extremely slow but zero hunger or sacrifice" weight loss plan. 1450 net, with exercise between 1600-2200. I pay more attention to weekly average than daily. My real goal is more like 1600 net, but I go over my goal regularly no matter where I set it, especially on the weekends, so the lower goal helps it to even out.0
-
I've been adjusting mine lately , Right now my goal is 1450 before any exercise calories. I burn about 750-1000 a day exercising and eat back 50-60% of that . It seems to be working for me (after a month of yo-yoing around the same weight i've broken through to a new low0

Usually between 1800 and 2200 on a workout day and less on rest days. I do 2 high intensity workouts, though. My boot camp instructor said I should be at minimum of 1800. I'm also very tall (5'11") for a girl.0

Between 1200-1500 a day I have my occasional 1800/1900 day but I've never gone over that.0
-
I am cutting right now, so I eat about 2300 calories on weekdays and 2700-3000 calories on weekends.0
-
I eat 1500-1700 on weekdays, 2100-2600 weekends. Haven't had one week where I didn't lose since January. :happy:0
-
I can have up to 1660 but usually I eat 1300-1400 calories.0

I shoot for about 1300-1400 during the week unless I feel full beforehand or I'm running low on calories. If I walked around a lot that day and my fitbit says I've burned more, I'll eat more. I put in an effort to eat 1200-1300 at the very least if I have barely moved around outside of my apartment. On weekends though I tend to relax a bit more and I may go over on some days.0

MFP initially 'gives' me 1320 per day, and that's based on a goal of 1.5 pounds per week so 750 deficit per day. Personally I aim for about 1400-1600 per day. Some days (perhaps 2-3 times per month) I go higher, in the 1800-2000 range. That allows me a bit more variety in my meals occasionally. And I think its good for the metabolism to avoid being too routine. I've noticed if I have an extremely active day I seem to be hungrier the next day. And I firmly believe that if one is truly hungry, they should eat something. Allowing myself some flexibility in my calorie intake also allows me to make this as a way of life, rather than a fad diet. Fad diets can't last...0

My goal for losing a pound a week is 1500 calories per day. On mondays and fridays (my rest days) I eat nearly this much.
The other 5 days a week I exercise, usually but not only running, and then I can eat anywhere from 1800 to 3000 calories, possibly more if I run to OHIO (figuratively).
I try to eat back my exercise calories mostly, but not completely to cover measuring, weighing, whatever errors in my food logging, but I get within 150 calories sometimes closer.
The point of this site is to tell it all about you and your goals and then you are given a calorie goal. If you exercise your goal goes up to net your desired calorie deficit. I'm a bit of a foodie so I exercise TO eat instead of maybe eating to fuel my exercise like a good runner should. I also run for beer...0 -
I eat around 1500-1700 and net about 1200 or less.0

I eat about 1,500-2,000 calories a day. The custom thing on this site says I should be eating about 1,800 a day so I cut it down a bit. This way I have wiggle room when I hit 1,500 but keep 1,800 as my goal. Being 327 pounds I think that's a pretty good thing that I can eat so few calories.
I used to eat 2,500-3,000+ calories a day and quit cold turkey to only 2,000 in January.0 -
I aim for no more than 1600 atm.0
