Ok, this is just sad. I feel so badly for those people who have to work at the gym. I think it is low! Sorry. We can either do without one day at the gym or find something at home to do. Geesh!

I did Atkins years ago. It is a diet. That is exactly why I would never do it again. My belief is that we shouldn't diet. We should eat healthy and make it a lifestyle. Grains are GOOD FOR YOU! I eat very healthy now and enjoy my food. Of course I like everything so that opens a lot of doors for me in menu planning.

I lift heavy and I eat between 1700 and 2100 calories a day and I am steadily losing a pound a week. I don't think you are giving yourself enough fuel. EAT!

I wear the Polar HRM FT7 and lift weights mainly. It does count the calories. I start it when I begin my warm up and stop it at the end of my workout. I don't walk so the fitbit wouldn't work for me. I lift 3 to 4 times a week depending on my workouts for the week. At the end of each workout I do 10 to 15 minutes of HIIT! It is the best form of cardio IMHO. I am dropping weight steadily and slowly plus I can see my body changing with added muscle.

I am still losing and have about 50 more pounds to go. I eat 1740 a day, that is at a 500 calorie deficit. I am steadily losing a pound a week. I am 5'4".

I have my ONE cheat meal per week. It keeps me sane. I don't log that one meal. MEAL not DAY! Every other meal during the week I log everything I put into my mouth. But, you know if I am crazy some m and m's I will measure them out and make it fit into my cals and macros. It is all about moderation.

I am losing at least 1 pound a week eating 1600 - 1800 cals a day with exercise. I am grumpy when I am hungry. Not worth it! I would rather eat the cals.

You need a protein shake after workout. Your body needs fuel. EAT!!!!

I eat anything in moderation. I even work in some McDonald's fries just for the heck of it every once in a while! LOVE THEM!
