I eat between 1200-1400 calories a day and I work out 5-6 days a week. It seems to do it for me. I'm not usually hungry enough to eat more than that, and I don't eat if I don't feel like I have to. I'm an H cup so I just gave up on finding sports bras that fit. Hell finding regular bras that fit is a task. But I do like wearing support tanks. They suck everything in and hold everything down. My coworker was telling me about bally bras. You can find them at nordstrom. I'm gonna order one this month and report back.

I log everyhing. Even my cheat days. I make myself accountable for everything that goes into my body. But when I do have my cheat days or meals I don't worry about it. I don't like the idea of not logging because I don't want to get too relaxed with myself and not log it when I eat something crappy. Then what's the point…

I have but the challenge is I need shoes that have a lot of support but are cushy as well. So I have good shoes but I think the shoes I have may need some extra support. Blah to foot issues!

I was drinking 2-3 beers a night 5 times a week and the days I wasn't drinking beer I was drinking wine or some cocktail. Thanks for all the amazing advice ya'll! By signing up I meant I committed to do it w/ my friends but I haven't actually registered. I'm going to do on site registration. It's the same price to run and to walk. I think I may run it but just stay towards the very back of the pack and to the right.

It's not so much the running past me that annoys me. It's the running past me and almost knocking me over and not appologizing and being an *kitten* that annoys me. I could care less about someone moving faster than me or someone walking with their buddies. It's not the serious. But rude behavior is my #1 pet peeve.

I love working out in the mornings, but since I work 2 jobs I usually can't get my butt out of bed in enough time anymore. So now I workout right before bed. It seems to work well because it helps me sleep. Much better lifestyle change because before I used to drink a beer to relax before bed, now I work out!

You have to find something you like. I love shaking my *kitten* so zumba, hip hop abs, and rocking body is awesome for me. It's just like a job. Find something you love to do and you'll never really be "working" out.

I just had a piece of dove dark chocolate with sea salt caramel. It's like 39 calories, and totally satifies my cravings. I don't believe in deprevation. It's not sustainable and it leads to binges. If you're craving it, go for it. Just don't over do it. Everything in moderation.
