In April I did the 30 DS on its own, no other exercise at all. I lost 3 lbs but 6.5 inches in total. I measured at the end of every level. It was very motivating.

Yeah that would be great thanks. I'll add you and message you my email. Thanks! :D

10 weeks! Congrats. I'm 10 months away. I drink vodka lime & soda. Very low cal alcohol. I think vodka diet coke is very low too. I would also recommend 30 day shred (workout DVD). I did it in April & lost 5 lbs and 6.5 inches. Loads of brides do it before the big day. Good luck xx

I have hormonal acne and eczema that were cleared up by a combined oral contraceptive. I had to come off this as I got migraines and can't have a progesterone alternative due to horrible side effects. My skin got worse. I started taking soya isoflavones from my local health food shop, these are like natures oestrogen…

I'm 5' 7.5" Start weight 200 CW 187 Goal around 168. I was 142 at my lightest ever and I hate those photos of me I look scrawny and ill. So gonna keep some curves, I like it and my fiancé likes it too. 168 would put me in a healthy BMI range so I would be very happy with that x

I've become very interested in this topic. I'm 5'7" and 190 lbs. I've worked out my BMR = 1630 TDEE 2236 using online calculators. I did the Cambridge diet 2 years ago, lost a ton of weight really quickly but then put twice as much on !! Now I really struggle to lose weight even at 1200 cals per day. I think my metabolism…

This is an interesting thread. So I recently did 30 day shred started with 1 lb weights (thought they were 2lb lol) then upped to 2kg (4.4 lb) weights. I'm getting used to these quite quickly. Once I am more used to these how much do I up them, do I go up 1 or 2 lbs a time and increase slowly and gradually, or should I go…

I started with 0.5 kg (1 lb) and then bought 2kg (4.4 lb). I can get all the way through with these ones and feel the burn. Mr muscle and fabreze are definately too light ;) xxx
