I didn't lose any at first. My weight loss has held steady the whole time. I gain and lose about a pound of water every week, messes with my trend but nothing terrible.

I've noticed how sweaty I am, and how sweaty my feet are, really affects the bf% my scale gives me. Up and down 10% a day. I prefer pictures and mirror tbh.

If you lose more than 2 pounds a week, you are losing non-fat mass and that's generally considered unhealthy. I'm much shorter, and lighter, and still losing around 1.5-2 lb/week on 1580 a day.

I've been eating stale peeps, one every couple days, for two weeks now. Nice thing about portion control is making my supply last longer for less $$. Cadbury eggs go on sale the day after Easter too.

I use schoola.com because the local thrift store is terrible. Also I am wearing a lot of dresses and skirts, certain cuts are good for 2-4 sizes. Very forgiving styles.

Well it has been a month today. 8-12 cups per day, adjusted based on activity and thirst. I don't really notice any topical changes (skin) but I do know my weight loss continues, I don't feel overly hungry, bloating doesn't bother me as much, and I've adjusted away from the constant peeing that happened at first. My coworker's sister told my coworker I looked "amazing" after 20 pound loss. Coworker told me to tell me herself. She refused, saying she didn't want me to think she was a creep and checking me out. I've gotten other compliments on the fit of my clothes, not on my weight loss itself. Seems a diplomatic way to do it.…

I carve a deficit by eating less than I burn in a day. My Fitness Pal is great for that method.

I drink more milk when losing weight than I do when I'm not calorie counting. I used to think I was lactose intolerant but now I do great on the stuff.

Sounds pretty normal. Last Friday I weighed in 203.2, then I went up suddenly and back down all week 206, 205, 204) today I am 203.2 again. Looks like I didn't lose much but on the 1 month trend I've lost 8.4 pounds in the last month so overall trend is fine.

I was eating less than I thought. Getting a scale and being able to eat more has been wonderful.

Last week you were eating 1800/day, according to another thread. What was wrong with 1800? If you aren't lactose intolerant there is nothing wrong with drinking milk.

Everyone is so different. I lost weight, between 40-50 pounds, on depo provera, and gained it back when I was off BC. I don't actually track my sugars. If my protein, carb and fat macros are close to right, I expect my micros to be ok as well. Edit:Runs and checks nutrition averages. Yup my sugars are good, lol.

Actually that depends a lot. There are a variety of water goals out there now, based on age, sex, weight, activity level etc.

I'm 5'6 and am only just seeing the visual difference 23 pounds down. The measuring tape told me it's there. I did great until yesterday, have a sore throat so I drank 4 cups water and a bunch of warm coffee and green tea. Back on track today.

I don't sweat about getting it right, I track a guessed version of what is in the system. I relax but also don't go totally off the deep end.

Haven't made it to a Con yet but I love cosplaying. My plan in a few sizes is an ambitious Steampunk Wonder Woman, hopefully for my first Con. Last fall I did a '50's Housewife version of Minnie Mouse and I did American Maid. I used to dress up all the time when I was a size 6-8. Sometimes just to go shopping, ha!
