Good Morning Ladies, I had a busy weekend. I went to my old next door neighbor birthday party. She turned 106. If I am doing half as good as her I will be happy. Morning Ladies, How does one log every bite (nibble). I work in a bakery which is very hard not to nibble. As to line dancing I would love to take line dancing classes. But, I don't see any in my area. The town use to offer classes thru the rec department. Barb from MA

I am a newbie here. Yesturday it got me thinking about my goals I want to set for August. 1. Order healthier when I eat out 2. Eat more fruit and not so much junk food (I am addicted to chocolate) 3. This is the first time I've seen this thread. And I joined MFP in April, and realized after reading all the comments that I haven't set goals for myself each month. I started eating healthier and excersing. Now I am going to think what goals I am going to set for myself in August.

I am new to mfp. And I am learning alot about portion sizes etc. My question is I have been under everyday on my calorie count. But over on my sugar. Will this slow my weight loss down, even though I am under in calories?
