I have the 4 mile super challenge. I got that one for about 10 dollars on ebay. Also, I just bought the 5 mile boosted walk on Amazon. It was just over 2 dollars, plus 3.99 for shipping. Under 7 dollars. What a buy. You can find a lot of her workout on youtube. It's a great place to start. That way you'll know which videos…

It is hard to not be discouraged when we gain weight. Especially when we are trying so hard to get in better shape. You know your body can hold up to an extra 5 pounds of water on any given day. As long as you are making steps in the right direction you will be successful. I suggest reading Made to Crave by Lysa Terkeurst.…

I have been doing Leslie's workouts for three weeks now. I am eating about 1200 calories a day. And I have lost 8 pounds these three weeks. I am pretty excited about it. :happy:

I normally wear some loose shorts and a tee. I like to do mine barefooted, too. It just feels better.
