I lost about 40 lbs. just walking and staying within my calorie limits. It took about a year.

Their chili is good (no beans). That and the Margarita Chicken are pretty low in calories.

I take a pedometer when we go, and I walk on average 10 miles per day. 15 if we go from morning until night. You'll burn most of what you eat probably. We went in Sept and I lost a pound and I ate whatever I wanted. Our favorite healthy place is Sunshine Seasons in the Land at EPCOT. Menus are available at www.allears.net.…
