thanks everyone! I opted for the chicken fajitas, no sour cream of course. I even brought home half of it! I notice I am fuller a lot faster lately. A month ago I would have finished the whole thing off! thanks again :)

I really like it. Not too long and can squeeze it in any time of the day. I actually only do it twice a week right now and I still notice a change in my body. I run MWF and do 30 Day Shred on Tues and Thurs. Sometimes I'll do it on Saturday too if I can. I am on Level 2 now and I LOVE it.

Yes I don't have much chest congestion, mostly stuffed up nose. I went ahead and ran thinking I would try to get 4 miles in and even though I felt like crap when I started, I started to slowly feel more like normal as I ran and I actually made it 5 miles. Thanks for your input!
